I treat cooking as a discipline
Cooking is a discipline. If I allow my knife to dull, so will my skills—and I bring that same standard to every prep list, every plate, and every service.
I’m classically trained with hospitality at the core
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, earning degrees in both culinary arts and hospitality management, and I apply that foundation to create food that feels elevated and service that feels effortless.
I believe repetition builds excellence
There are no secrets in my kitchen—just concentration, repetition, and discipline—because that’s how I deliver consistency and quality you can taste.

We had a really amazing experience with Chef Eric. He made my husband's birthday dinner very special for us. I appreciate how he gave us multiple menu options before we booked him. Our favorite of the four courses was the main entree which was grilled swordfish, saffron orzo pilaf and lemon gremolata. It was nice to have such an incredible meal without having to leave the house and he left the kitchen spotless. We even had leftovers which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend. Wish I could post some of the pictures to show how beautiful the food was.
